No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 24 / 76.- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 /F . No. 602/ 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 1 , dated the 15th October , 1971 :-

For sub - serial No. 3804 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted :

सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगो/पी ० एन०-24/ 76 .-सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियमावली, 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्त्र , असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त , 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52 / फा ० सं ० 602/2/70 प्र ० अ ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्व- जनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/पी ० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्टूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैः-

24.00 रु ० ( केवल चौबीस रुपए ) प्रति किलो ग्राम

(ग ) अचुम्बकीय स्टेनलेस स्टील की चादरों और तांबे के बर्तन , जिनके तले तांबे के हों ।

(ध ) घड़ियों के फीते

16.90 रु ० (केबल सोलह रुपये नच्चे पैसे) प्रति किलो ग्राम

(ङ) शल्य चिकित्सा के उपकरण

0.55 रु ० (केवल पंचपन पैसे) प्रति किलो ग्राम

4.60 रु ० ( केवल चार रुपये साठ पैसे) प्रति किलो ग्राम (च ) स्टेनलेस स्टील की चादरों से बने कांटा-छुरी जिनमें चाकू शामिल नहीं हैं ।

0.50 रु ० ( केवल पचास पैसे) प्रति किलो ग्राम

( छ ) स्टेनलेस स्टील की छड़ों/ शालाकाथ्रों/ प्लेटों से बनी कांटा-छुरी ।

(ज) चाकू

0.50 रु० (केवल पचास पैसे) प्रति किलो ग्राम

( झ ) स्टेनलैस स्टील से बनी अन्यथा अविनिदिष्ट त्रस्तुएं .--

( i) चादरों से बनी--

(क) श्रचुम्बकीय

27.60 रु ० (केवल सत्ताईस रुपये साठ पैसे ) प्रति किलो ग्राम

(ख ) चुम्बकीय

20.50 रु ० ( केवल बीस रुपये पचास पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम

यह सार्वजनिक सूचना जनवरी , 1976 के प्रथम दिन को लागू हुई समझी जाएगी ।

2. On page 84, in line 3 of item ( 5) ( vii ) the words " value of quantity " may be substituted by " value and quantity".
