MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd February 1976
S.O. 140(E).—In exercise of the powers, conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Amendment Rules, 1976
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958—
(hereinafter referred to as the said Rules);
(i) For entry (11) the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"(11) in the case of orders and other instruments relating to the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food), by the Chief Director of Purchase, Deputy Chief Director of Purchase, Assistant Chief Director of Purchase, a Director or a Deputy Director in the Department of Food in that Ministry and in the case of orders and other instruments relating to the Food and Nutrition Board Division in the Department of Food of that Ministry, by the Senior Analyst in that Division; or";
(ii) after entry (19), the following entry shall be inserted, namely.—
"(19A) in the case of orders and other instruments relating to the Ministry of Labour by the Assistant Director in the Labour Relations. Division (National Commission on Labour Wing) of that Ministry; or".
3. In the Schedule to the said rules, under the heading "MINISTRY OF HOME AF-
