No. F. 15-30(I)/74-U.l.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Provident Funds Act, 1925 (19 of 1925), the Central Government hereby directs that the name of the following public institution shall be added to the Schedule to the said Act, namely;.—

No. F, 15-30(II)/74-U.,l.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 8 of the Provident Funds Act 1925 (19 of 1925), the Central Government hereby directs that¹ the provisions of the said Act shall apply to the Provident Fund established for the benefit of the employees of the Indian Council of Historical Research, New Delhi.
