NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21th February 1976
S.O. 143(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968) the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Rules, 1968, namely:—
1. These rules may bo called Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters> Amendment Rules, 1976.
2. In rule 13 of the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Rules, 1968,. in sub-rule (1), after the words "in relation to such gold", the following shall be inserted, namely:—
"and in a case where the transaction relates to sale, delivery, transfer or disposal of gold, such voucher shall accompany the gold"
