SUBJECT.-—Issue of licences/release orders for raw materials and components to small

scale units engaged in "Select" and "Non-Select" industries for the period

April, 1975— March, 1976.

No. 22-lTC(PN)/76.—Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 18-lTC(PN)/76, dated the 12th February, 1976, on the above subjects.

2. In order to enable the licensing authorities to review the applications already dis- posed of by them, applicants whose applications have been rejected but who are eligible for licences in terms of the aforesaid Public Notice, and the applicants to whom import licences have been issued for a value less than to which they are now eligible should approach the licensing authorities concerned on or before the 31st March, 1976. Similar- ly, the units covered by paras 3 and 4 of the said Public Notice should also make their applications to the licensing authorities on or before the 31st March, 1976, instead of 15th March, 1976, indicated earlier.
