No. 602/ 2/ 70 -DBK pub- lished in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN -1 dated the 15th October , 1.971 :--

सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगी/सा० सू० 26/76 सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रति- अदायगी नियमावली , 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्त्र , असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त , 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र ० स ० ) के नियम 3 और 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी / पी ० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-

सं ० प्रतिश्रराधगी / सा० सू० 27/76.-- सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रति- अदायगी नियमावली , 1971 , ( भारत के राजपक्ष, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/ फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/70 प्र ० श्र ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/ पी ० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैः-

Provided that :-
( i ) The above rate shall apply only to the shipments made by the exporter in discharge of his export obligation in respect of imports of roughs under Advance Licences issued by the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports .
(ii ) The drawback amount shall not exceed the amount of duty paid on the rele- vant bills of entry relating to such imports against such Advance Licences .
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force from the 1st day of March, 1974 .

सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगी / सा ० सू० 29/76.--सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रति -अदायगी नियमावली , 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित श्रधिसूचना सं ० 52 / फा ० सं ० 602/2/70 प्र ० अ ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी / पी ० एन०-1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उप- क्रमांक 5803 और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित उपक्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां अन्तःस्थापित की जायंगी , अर्थात्:--

5804. कटे हुए और पालिश किये हुए हीरे, जिनके प्रति कैरेट 12 टुकड़ों से कम नहीं हों ।
पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य का 3 प्रतिशत ( केवल तीन प्रतिशत )
परन्तु यह तब जब कि: --
( i ) प्रतिश्रदायगी की उपर्युक्त दर मुख्य नियंत्रक , आयात तथा निर्यात के द्वारा जारी किये गये अग्रिम लाइसेन्स ( एडवान्स लाइसेन्स ) के अधीन चिथड़ों के आयात के बारे में निर्यात दायित्व को पूरा करने में निर्यातकर्ता द्वारा किये गये पोत - लदानों पर ही लागू होगी ।
(ii ) प्रतिश्रदायगी की रकम इस प्रकार के अग्रिम लाइसेन्स के प्रति इस प्रकार के आायातों से संबंधित सम्बद्ध आगम -पत्नों पर अदा की गयी शुल्क की रकम से अधिक नहीं होगी ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना मार्च 1974 के प्रथम दिन को लागू हुई समझी जायगी ।
