CENTRAL EXCISES

New Delhi, the 1st March 1976

G.S.R. 105(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 76/75-Central Excises, dated the 5th March, 1975.
