G.S.R. 106(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 41 - Customs , dated the 1st March , 1969 , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts each of the articles speci- speci- fled in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed and falling under Item No. 8 (2 ) of the First Schedule to the Indian Tariff Act , 1934 ( 32 of 1934) , from so much of that portion of the duty of customs ( which is specified in the aforesaid First Scheduled ) leviable thereon as is in excess of-
( a) the rate specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 3 ) of the said Table where the standard rate of duty is leviable; and
(b) the rate specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 4) of the said Table where the preferential rate of duty is leviable

सा० फा ० मि ० 106 (प्र ) : -लेन्द्रीय सरकार सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 41-सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च , 1969 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , इससे उपाबद्ध मारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिदिष्ट और भारतीय टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1934 ( 1934 का 32 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची की मध सं ० 8 ( 2) के अन्तर्गत आने वाली वस्तुओ में से प्रत्येक वस्तु को उस पर उद्ग्रहणीय सीमा शुल्क के उतने भाग से ( जो उपर्युक्त प्रथम अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट है ) -
(क ) जो उक्त सारणी के स्वम्भ ( 3 ) की तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टि मे, बिनिर्दिष्ट दर से अधिक है जहां कि शुल्क की मानक दर उद्ग्रहणीय होती है ; और
( ख ) जो उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 4 ) की तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट दर से अधिक है जहां मीमा गल्त अधिमानी दर से उग्रहणीय होती है ;
छूट देती है ।

100 रु ० प्रति क्विन्टल जिसमे से 10 प्रतिशत मूल्यानुसार कम किया जाएगा ।
