New Delhi , the 27th February 1976
5.0.156 (E) . Whereas the Government of Punjab have intimated a few inadvertent slips or omissions in the description of certain assembly constituencies mentioned in Table B of the Delimitation Commission's Order No. 41 of 24 May , 1975 , in respect of State of Punjab;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amend- ments in the description of the extent of those constituencies and correct the errors arising from inadvertent slips or omissions so as to bring the Order correct and uptodate;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Delimitation Act, 1972 , the Election Commission hereby makes ' the corrections in the said Order as follows:--
In Table B-Assembly Constituencies:--
( i) Under column 2, against 55 - Dakha ( SC) , in the description of the extent of the constituency , for the words " Ludhiana tahsil and Swaddi Khas K.C. in Jagraon tahsil " , the brackets and words " Ludhiana tahsil ( excluding any part of Ludhiana municipality ) , and Swaddi Khas KC . in Jagraon tahsil . " shall be substituted;
( ii ) Under column 2. against 65 -Nangal , in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the words and figures "Anandpur Sahib KC. ( excluding

P.Cs. 10 -Anandpur Sahib , " the words , brackets and figures "Anandpur Sahib K.C. ( excluding Anandpur Sahit municipality ) and P.Cs. 10 - Anandpur Sahib , " shall be substituted;
( Under column 2, against 66 - Anandpur Sahib- Ropar , in the description of the extent of the constituency , before the words and figures "P.Cs. 10-Anandpur Salb, the words "Anandpur Sahib municipality and shall be inserted;
( fv ) Under column 2 , against 90 - Balluana ( SC ) , in the description of the extent of the constituency , for the figures and words " 62 -Azeem Garh and" , figures , words and brackets " 62 - Azeem Garh ( excluding any part of Abohar municipality ) and shall be substituted; the ( v) Under column 2, against 99 - Moga, in the description of the extent of the constituency, before the words " Moga Mehla Singh K.C. " the words " Moga municipality and" and be inserted; and.
(vi) Under column 2, against 100 - Bagha Purana, in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the words and figures " Moga Jit Singh K.C. and P.Cs , 74 - Gholia Kalan " , the words , brackets and figures " Moga Jit Singh KC (excluding any part of Moga municipality ) and P.Cs , 74 -Gholia Kalan" shall be substituted.

ता० प्रा० 156 ( प्र) -पंजाब राज्य सरकार'ने, पंजाब राज्य के सम्बन्ध में परिसीमन आयोग के तारीख 24 मई, 1975 के आदेश सं ० 41 की सारणी ख में वर्णित कतिपय सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के वर्णन में अनवधानता से हुई भूल या. चूक संधुचित की हैं ;
और, निर्वाचन आयोग उन निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के वर्णन में कुछ संशोधन करना तथा उक्त आदेश को श्रद्यतन करने के लिए अनवधानता से हुई भूल या चूक से परिणामित गलतियों को ठीक करना , आवश्यक और समीचीन समझता है ;
श्रतः , अब , परिसीमन अधिनियम , 1972 की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्तः शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह आयोग उक्त आदेश में निम्नलिखित के अनुसार संशोधन करता है :-
सारणी ख-सभा निर्वावन क्षेत्र में--
( i ) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे, 55 दाखा ( श्र० जा ० ) के सामने, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में, "लुधियाना तहसील में " शब्दों के स्थान पर, "लुधियाना तहसील में (लुधियाना नगरपालिका के किसी भी भाग को छोड़ कर ) " कोष्ठक और शब्द रखे जाएगे ;
( ii ) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे , 65. नंगल के सामने, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में, " श्रानन्दपुर साहिब का नगो- सकिल 10. आनन्दपुर साहिब, " कोष्ठक , अंक और शब्दों के स्थान पर "श्रानन्द पुर साहिब कानूनगो सर्किल ( श्रानन्दपुर साहिब नगरपालिका ) और 10. आनन्दपुर साहिब " शब्द , कोष्ठक और अंक एले जायगे ;

( iii ) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे 66. प्रानन्दपुर साहिब-रोपड़ के सामने , निर्वाचन-क्षेव के विस्तार के वर्णन में, " 10. श्रानन्दपुर साहिब " शब्द और अंकों से पहले " आनन्दपुर साहिब नगरपालिका और " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
( iv) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे, 90. बल्लुआना ( अ ० जा० ) के सामने, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में, " 62. अजोमगढ़ और " अंक और शब्दों के स्थान पर , " 62. अजीमगढ़ (अबोहर नगरपालिका के किसी भी भाग को छोड़ कर ) और, " अंक, शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;
(v ) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे, 99. मोगा के सामने , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में, "मोगा मेहता सिह कानूनगो सर्किल " शब्दों से पहले " मोगा नगरपालिका और" शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(vi ) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे, 100 , बाषा पुराना के सामने , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में , " मोगा जीत सिह कानूनगो किल " शब्दों के पश्चात , " (मोगा नगरपालिका के किसी भी भाग को छोड़ कर ) " कोष्ठक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे

ERRATUM
In the Election Commission's Notification No. 282 / 1 / DL/ 75 , dated 9 February , 1976 , published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 ( ii ) , dated 13 February, 1976 , at p . 345 , in Item II , for the existing entry , read : " In the Note ( i ) at the end of the Table , for the words and figures 1st day of April , 1975 , the words and figures Ist day of August , 1975 shall be substituted ,"
