ORDER
New Delhi, the 5th March 1976
S.O. 170(E).—Whereas by the notified Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade (Department of Industrial Development), S.O. No. 1027. dated the 6th March, 1971, the Central Government had authorised the body of persons specified therein to take over the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Braithwaite and Company (India) Limited, Calcutta;
And whereas the Centra] Government is satisfied that the duration of the said notified order should be extended by a further period of one year;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18-A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act. 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said notified order by a further period of one year.
