New Delhi, the 5th March 1976
S.O. 172(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Industrial Disputes (Amendment) Act, 1976 (32 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints the 5th day of March, 1976, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
