G.S.R 114(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (d) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), and sub-rules (2) and (4) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government hereby reappoints Shri A. K. Dutt, IAS, as the Managing Director of the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India, with effect from the 11th March, 1976.
