S.O. 177(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968). the Central Government hereby makes the follow- ing further amendment in rile notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. S.O. 3115, dated the 1st September, 1968. namely:—
In the said notification, the brackets and words "(but not including the Collector of
Central Excise, Jaipur)" shall be omitted.
