No. DRAWBACK/PN-31/76.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No, 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971) the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the Public Notice No, DRAWBACK/ PN-12/76 dated the 14th January, 1976:—
In the "Explanation" in the said Public Notice the words "release order" may be substituted by "release order/sale note".
