G.S.R. 116(E).—The following Order made by the President on 28th February, 1976 is published for general information.
THE GOVERNOR OF GUJARAT (ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) AMENDMENT ORDER, 1976
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Bombay Reorganisation Act, 1960 (11 of 1960), I, Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed, President of India, hereby make the follow- ing Order further to amend the Governor 0f Gujarat (Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1960, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Governor of Gujarat (Allowances and Privileges) Second Amendment Order, 1976.
2. In the Governor of Gujarat (Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1960, in the Second Schedule, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:—
'Provided that for the financial year 1974-75, this Schedule shall have effect as if for the figures "90,000" and "2,38,000", occurring in columns 2 and 7 thereof, the figures "1,60,326" and "3,08,326" had respectively been substituted.'
