NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th March 1976

S.O. 187(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 63A of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (4 of 1939), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K. Sivaraj, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Shipping and Transport, Government of India, as Chairman of the Inter-State Transport Commission vice Shri N. R. Reddy, retired, and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. 23-T (ll)/67, dated the 9th August, 1972, namely:—

In the said notification, for item (1) and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"(1) Shri K. Sivaraj, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Shipping and Transport, Govern- ment of India—Chairman",[No. TIT (14)/76] S. S. GILL, Jt. Secy. (569 )
