G.S.R. 120(E).—In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Banking) GSR 35(E) dated the 23rd January, 1976, published at pages 105 to 118 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) dated the 23rd January, 1976,—

(1) at page 107, in rule 173R (i), for "1976" read "1976,";

(2) on page 108, rule 173RA (3)—

(i) in the proviso to clause (a), for "or as the case may bo", read "or, as the case may be,";

(ii) in clause (d), for "so, howeer'¹, read "so however";

(3) on page 109, In rule 173RB—

(5) on page 111, in rule 173RD (5), after "double sided carbon" insert"-";

(6) on page 113, in rule 173RJ (3), after "Chapter V" insert",";
