S.R.0.ijt-E-—'In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the Prssident hereby mates the following rules further to amend the Civilians in Defence Service (Revised Pay) Rules, 1973, published with the notification of the Ministry of De- fence No. S.R.O. 26E, dated the 24th December, 1973, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Civilians in Defence Services (Revised Pay) Amerdmcnt
Rules, 1976.
(2) They shall be deemed to have come'into force on the 1st day of January, 1973.
2. In the Civilians in Defence Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 1973, in the First Schedule,
