S.O. 200(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82 B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (Act IX of 1890), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. B. Sule, Joint Judge and Addl. Session Judge, Thana, Government of Maharashtra, as a whole time Claims Commissioner to deal with all the claims arising out of the fire accident to T-84 Up local train between Sion and Matunga stations of Central Railway on 12-2-1976 His headquarters will be at Thana.
