NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th March 1976
G.S.R. 242 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 10E of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1950), the Central Govern- ment hereby reconstitutes the Company Law Board which was originally con- stituted by Notification No. GSR 176 and GSR 177, each dated 1st February, 1964 and in supersession of the subsequent amendments thereto.
(a) The following persons to be the Members of the Company Law Board, namely:—
(1) Shri K. K. Ray. (2) Shri P. B. Menon. (H) Shri A. Choudhury. (4) Shri M. K. Kukreja. (5) Shri P. II. Ramchandani.
(b) Shri K. K. Ray shall be the Chairman of the Company Law Board.
