NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th March 1976
S.O. 216(E).—Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that any employ- ment in the Reserve Bank of India (hereinafter referred to as the said employment) is essential for maintaining supplies and services essential to the life of the community;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 119 of Defence and Internal Security of India Rules, 1971, the Central Government hereby declares the said employment to be an employment to which rule 119 of the said rules
