NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th Match 1976
G.S.R. 245(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (e) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), and rule 4 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government 'hereby appoints Shrimati Anna R. Malhotra, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Agriculture as a director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India established under the said Act, vice Shri M. K. Mukherjee resigned, for a period upto the 23rd July, 1976 and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the late Ministry of flood and Agriculture (Department of Food), No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely:—
In the said notification, for item (9) and the entry relating thereto, the following item and entry shall be substituted, namely-—
"(9) Shrimati Anna R. Malhotra, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Agriculture, New Delhi."
