New Delhi, the 20th March 1976
G.S.R. 246(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974, (52 of 1974), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. G.S.R.-156(E), dated the 21st March, 1975, namely:—
In Paragraph 2 of the said notification for the words "one year", the words "thirteen months" shall be substituted.
