No. 602/ 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Goverrmer.t hereby makes the following amendments in the table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK /PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971:-

सं ० प्रतिप्रवायगी / सा० सू०-32/ 76. सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियमावली, 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/ फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र० अ० ) के नियम 3 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/ पी ० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उप- क्रमांक 2003 और तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित उप- क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां अन्तःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात् :--

No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 33 /76 . Under rule 4 ofthe Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 / F . No. 602/ 2/ 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971:-
I. The sub - item ( g) of item ( i) of clause ( c ) of sub - serial No. 2503 and the entries relating thereto shall be deleted .
II . The sub - serial No. 2504 and the entries relating thereto shall be deleted.
III . The sub - serial Nos . 2602 and 2603 and the entries relating thereto shall be deleted .
IV. For sub - serial No. 2628 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely : -

Provided that :
(i) where the fabrics contain 2 or more yarrs of differert courts ard or falling under different count groups mentioned above , the drawback shall be allowed on the basis of weight of each category of yarn at the rate applicable to the count groups aforesaid .
(ii ) the count of yarn shall be size of grey unsized yarn expressed as number of 1000 metres hanks per one half kg .
(iii ) the manufacturer / exporter declares in the Shippirg Bill that the Central Excise duty on yarn used in the manufacture ofof cottonco fabrics has been paid .
सं ० प्रतिभ्रदायगी / सा० सू०-33/ 76.--सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रति- अदायगी नियमावली, 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/ फा० सं ० 602/2/70 प्र० प्र ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिग्रदायगी/ पी ० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:--
I. उपक्रमांक 2503 के खण्ड ( ग ) की मद ( 1 ) की उप मद ( छ ) तथा तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियों को हटा दिया जाएगा ।
II . उपक्रमांक 2504 तथा तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियों को हटा दिया जाएगा ।
III. उपक्रमांक 2602 और 2603 तथा तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियों को हटा दिया आएगा ।
IV. उपक्रमांक 2628 तथा तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:--

(viii) 14 अथवा अधिक परन्तु 22 से कम काउंट की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु
( ix) 14 काउंट से कम की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु 0.10 रु ० ( केवल दस पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
परन्तु: -
(i ) जहां वस्त्र में विभिन्न काउंट के दो अथवा दो से अधिक धागे हों तथा/ अथवा उपर्युक्त विभिन्न काउंट समूहों के अन्तर्गत आते हों तो प्रतिअदायगी, प्रत्येक वर्ग के धागे के भार के आधार पर उक्त काउंट समूहों पर लागू दर पर दी जाएगी ।
( ii ) धागे का काउंट कोरे बिना क्लफ के धागे का साइज होगा जो प्रति आधा किलोग्राम 1000 मीटर की अंट्टियों की संख्या के रूप में व्यक्त किया गया है ।
( iii ) निर्माता/ निर्यातकर्ता पोतरिवहन बिल में घोषित करता है कि सूती वस्त्रों के निर्माण में इस्तेमाल किये गये धागें पर केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क की अदायगी की जा चुकी है ।
