New Delhi , the 23rd March 1976
SO . 225 ( E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act . 1946 ( 25 of 1946 ) , the Central Government hereby specifles the following offences as the offences which are to be investigated by the Delhi Special Police Establishment , namely: -
(a) Offences punishable under sub - section ( 3 ) of section 5 and section 12 of the Indian Explosives Act , 1884 ( 4 of 1884 ) ;
(b) Offences punishable under section 6 of the Explosive Substances Act. 1908 ( 6 of 1908 ) ;
(c) attempts and conspiracies in relation to or in connection with one or more of the offences mentioned in clauses ( a) and ( b ) and any other offence committed in the course of the same transaction aris- ing out of the same facts .

का० प्रा० 225 ( प्र ) -दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना अधिनियम , 1946 ( 1946 का 25 ) की धारा 3 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित अपराधों को ऐसे अपराध निर्धारित करती है , जिनका अन्वेषण दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना द्वारा किया जाना है , नामतः
( क ) भारतीय विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम , 1884 ( 1884 का 4) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 3 ) और धारा 12 के अधीन दण्डनीय अपराध ,
(ख ) विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम , 1908 ( 1908 का 6) की धारा 6 के अधीन दण्डनीय अपराध ,
(ग ) खण्ड ( क ) और ( ख ) में उल्लिखित अपराध या अपराधों के सम्बन्ध में अथवा उनसे सम्बन्धित प्रयत्नों और षड्यन्त्रों तथा उन्हीं तथ्यों से उद्भूत उसी संव्यवहार के दौरान किया गया कोई अन्य अपराध ।

the whole of the State of Gujarat , the powers and jurisdiction of the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment for the investigation of offences punish- S.O. 226 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 5 read with section 6 , of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act , 1946 ( 25 of 1946 ) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government with the consent of the Government of the State of Gujarat hereby extends to able under clauses ( a ) and ( b ) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 5 and section 12 of the Indian Explosives Act , 1884 ( 4 of 1884) and sections 4 , 5 & 6 of the Explosive Substances Act , 1908 ( 6 of 1908 ) and attempts and conspiracies in relation to or in connection with the said offences and any other offence committed in the course of the same transaction , in regard to Baroda city Raopura Police Station case No. II/ 98/76 .

की सहमति से, एतद्द्वारा , बड़ौदा सिटी रावपुरा पोलिस स्टेशन केस नंबर -11 / 98/ 76 के सम्बन्ध में, भारतीय विस्फोट पदार्थ अधिनियम , 1884 ( 1884 का 4) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क ) और ( ख ) और धारा 12 , तथा विस्फोट पदार्थ अधिनियम , 1908 ( 1908 का 6 ) की धारा 4, 5 और 6 के अधीन दण्डनीय अपराधों और उसी मंव्यहार के दौरान हुए उक्त अपराधों के सम्बन्ध मे या उनसे सम्बन्धित प्रयत्नों और षडयंत्रों का अन्वेषण करने के लिए दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना के सदस्यों की शक्तियों एवम् क्षेत्राधिकार का समस्त गुजरात राज्य मे विस्तार करती है ।
