G.S.R. 250(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (6) of clause (d) of sub-item (i) of Item No. 72A of the First Schedule to the Indian Tariff Act, 1934 (32 of 1934), the Central Government, having regard to the economic development of the coun- try, hereby notifies Bombay Water Supply and Sewerage Project as a project for the purpose of assessment under the said Item.
