NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th March 1976
S.O. 217(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendments to its notification No. 318/76(4), dated 3 March, 1976, namely:—
In column 2 of the Table against item "11. Maharashtra" in column 1 of that Table, for the existing entry, the following entry, namely,—
"Shri M. G. Rane, Under Secretary, Maharashtra Legislature Secretariat, Bombay" shall be substituted.
