New Delhi, the 25rh March 1976

G.S.R. \252{E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (I) of section 25, read with sub-section (3) of section 160, of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No 52-Customs, dated the 16th March, 1976, namely:—

In the said notification, the following entry shall be inserted at the end, namely:—
