ORDER
New Delhi, the 26th March 1976
S.O. 240(E)/18E/IDRA/76.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 481(E)/18AA/IDRA/75 dated the 8th September, 1975, issued under section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), as amended by Order No. S.O. 508(E)/18AA/IDRA/75 dated the 12th September, 1975, the Central Government have authorised Shri M. K. Modwel to takeover the manage- ment of the industrial undertaking known as M/s. Sen Raleigh Limited, Calcutta, (hereafter in this Order referred to as the said industrial undertaking) for the period specified therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18E, read with sub-section (5) of section 18AA, of the said Act, the Central Government specifies, in the schedule annexed hereto, the exceptions, restrictions and limitations subject to which the Companies, Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), shall continue to apply to the said industrial undertaking in the same manner as it applied thereto before the issue of the said Order.

Exceptions, restrictions and limitations subject to which the provisions mentioned in column (1) shall apply to the industrial undertaking.

Provisions of this sub-section shall not apply to the said industrial undertaking. Provisions of this clause shall not apply to the said industrial undertaking.
