SUBJECT Licensing conditions for the UK/India Sectoral Grant, 1975 dated 21th June, 1975—amendment of the licence code.

No. 28-ITC(PN)/76.—Attention is invited to para 1 of the Appendix to Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 120-ITC(PN)/75, dated the 26(h November, 1975.

2. It has been decided that import licences under the above mentioned Sectoral Grant will be issued with the licence code as "R/KS" or "S/KS", as suffixes, instead of "R/K.SG" or "S/KSG". Paia 1 of the appendix to the Public Notice may be deemed to have been amended accordingly. P. K. KAUL, Chief Controller of Imports and Exports.
