ORDER
New Delhi, the 27th March 1976
G.S.R, 257 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962), the Central Government hereby increases the authorised share capital of the Central Warehousing Corporation to thirty crores of rupees divided into three hundred thousand shares of the face value of one thousand rupees each.
