New Delhi , the 27th March 1976
G.8.R. 258 ( E ) . In pursuance of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Warehous- ing Corporations Act , 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby sanc- tions the issue of forty six thousand shares of the Central Warehousing Cor- poration of the value of one thousand rupees each , amounting to 4.6 crores of rupees , as its fifth issue out of the total authorised share capital of thirty crores of rupees divided into three hundred thousand shares of the value of one thousand rupees each .

एक हजार रुपए मूल्य के तीन सौ हजार शेयरों में विभक्त, तीस करोड़ रुपए की कुल प्राधिकृत शेयर पूंजी में से कुल 4.6 करोड़ रुपए तक के प्रतिएक हजार रुपए मूल्य के छियालीस हजार शेयरो को, उसके पंचम निर्गम के रुप में जारी किए जाने की मंजूरी देतो है ।

G.S.R. 259 ( E ) . In pursuance of sub - section ( 2 ) of section 4 of the Warehous- ing Corporations Act , 1962 ( 58 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby speci- fles the period upto the end of June , 1976 as the period by which the sixty per cent of the share capital of the fifth issue of the forty six thousand shares of the Central Warehousing Corporation may be subscribed by the Institutions mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Table below in the proportion mentioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) of the said Table-

सा० का० ति ० 259 (८) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , भाण्डागारण , निगम अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 58 ) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में 1976 के जून के अंत तक की अवधि को उस अवधि के रुप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जिस तक केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम के छियालीस हजार शेयरों के पंचम निर्गमन की शेयर पूजी के साठ प्रतिशत का अभिदाय नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में णित संस्थाओं द्वारा उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में की तस्स्थानी प्रविष्ट में वर्णित अनुपान में किया जा सकेगा:-

G.S.R. 260 ( E ) . In pursuance of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 5 of the Warehous- ing Corporations Act, 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes the minimum rate of annual dividend , guaranteed by it on the forty six thou- sand shares of the fifth issue of the Central Warehousing Corporation , at three and a half per cent per annum .

सा ० का ० नि ० 260 ( प्र) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , भाडागारण निगम अधिनियम, 1962 ( 196 का 58 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण मे केन्द्रीय भाडागारण निगम के पंचम निर्गमन के छिपालीस हजार शेयरों पर उनके द्वारा गारंटीकृत वार्षिक लाभाश की न्यूनतम दर प्रतिवर्ष साढ़े तीन प्रतिशत नियत करती है ।
