NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th March 1976
S.O. 259(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following further amendment shall be made in its notification No. 434/HN/75(1), dated 30th January, 1975, namely:—
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification:—
(i) against item No. 4 "Returning Officer of 4. Sonepat Parliamentary Constitu- ency" for the existing entry "4-Sub-Divisional Officer, Jhajjar", the entry
"4. Sub-Divisional Officer, Bahadurgarh", and
(ii) Against item No. 5. "Returning Officer of 5. Rohtak Parliamentary Constitu- ency", for the existing entry "3. Additional General Assistant, Rohtak", the entry "3-Sub-Divisional Officer, Bahadurgarh".
