NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st March 1976

S.O. 263(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section

1 of the Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950 (64 of 1950), the Central Govern*

ment hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 1976 as the date on which the said Act

shall coma into force in the Stats of Jammu and Kashmir.
