8.0. 272 (E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G and sec- tion 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely;—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Cement Control (Amendment) Order 1976. (2) It shall come into force on. the 1st of April, 1978.
2. In the Cement Control Order, 1967, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:—

NOTIB.—-(1) In the case of rapid hardening cement, low heat cement and grey Cflment of apeclflc surface not less than 3500 cm 2/g an additional price of Rfl. 12 per tonne and in the case of water-proof (Hydro&nobic) Cement, an additional price of Rs. 21 per tonne may be added to tjie prices specified above,
(2) *The ax-factory price of cement in respect of Durgapur Cement Works, Durgapur has been arrived at on the basis that in producing 4 lakh tonnea 01 slag cement the raw materials will consist of 2 lakh tonne3 of slag, one lakh tonnes of olink"r to be supplied by Tilda expansion scheme and one lakh tonnes of clinker to be supplied by existing units.
(3) **The price of cement Ex-Sewree and Ex-Ahmedabad Works of Shree Digvljay Cement Co, Ltd. will be applicable to the manufacture of ordinary port- land cement from clinker supplied by Sikka Cement Plant".
