EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 1st April, 1976

8 0.173(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1047 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order ur- ther amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, namely:—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Twelveth Amendment Order, 1976. 2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, in OGL-3 after item No. 61 the following items shall be added:—

62 Rayon tyre yarn of 850 deniers and above .

B-126

63 Rayon tyre cord of all deniers

B-127

64 Rayon tyre fabrics.
