S.O. 276(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2)
of section 3 and subsection (1) of section 3A of the Prevention of Food Adultera-
tion Act, 1954 (37 of 1954) and in supersession of the notification of the Govern-
ment of India in the Late Ministry of Health No. SRO. 1236, dated the 1st June,
1955, the Central Government hereby re-constitutes the Central Committee for
Food-Standards consisting of the following members, namely:—•
