NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd April 1976
S.O. 280(E)/lDKA/76/l.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 474(F)/IDRA'/29Bi/75 dated the 5th September, 1975, namely:—
In paragraph l(i) of the said notification, after the brackets and words "(Depart- ment of Industrial Development)", the words "as amended from time to time" shall be inserted and shall be deemed always to have been inserted.
EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM
832 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]made by the 1974 notification on the ground that a reference to a notification will in- clude therein all amendments made subsequently. However, as a doubt was felt whether the subsequent amendments have also been referred to in the reference to the notification of 16th Febmary, 1973, this notification is being issued retrospectively from the date of issue of S.O. 474(E)/IDRA/29B/75 dated the 5th September, 1975 so as to make it ex- plicit what is already implicit in the reference. It is hereby certified that no one will be adversely affected by the retrospective effect being given to this notification.
