No. DRAWBACK /PN - 37 / 76.- Under rule 3 of the Customs and Central Excise Duto Drawback Rules , 1971 , (Notification No. 52/F.No . 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN - 1 , dated the 15th October , 1971 :-
After sub - serial No. 2004 and the entries relating thereto , the following sub - serial No. and the entries shall be inserted , namely :-

सं ० प्रतिद्धदायगी/ सा ० सू० 37/76. सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियमावली, 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्र, श्रसाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52 / फा ० स ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र ०अ० ) के नियम 3 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी पी ० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उप- क्रमांक 2004 और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित उप - क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां अन्तः स्थापित की जायेगी , अर्थात्:-
