ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th April 1976
S.O. 294(E)/15/IDRA/76.—Whereas the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Albion Plywood Limited, Long Island Union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, is engaged in the scheduled industry, namely, timber products;
And whereas the Central Government has reason to believe that there has been a sub- stantial fall in the volume of production and that the industrial undertaking has now closed down for which having regard to the economic conditions prevailing, there is no justification; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby appoints, for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case, a body of persions consisting of:—

2. Shri P. V. Mehta, Assistant Development Officer, Directorate General of Techni- cal Development, New Delhi.
2. The above body shall submit its report within a period of six weeks from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette.
