OPEN GENERAL LICENCE NO. IV—AMENDMENT OF
S.O. 298(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and' Exports (Control) Act 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend Open General Licence No. IV.
2. In the said Open General Licence No. IV, the value limit of Rs. 400/- (C.I.F.) permitted for import of bonafide advertising matter supplied free of charge shall be amended to read as Rs. 1,000/- (C.I.F.).
