LIGHTHOUSES AND LIGHTSHIPS New Delhi, the 15th April 1976
S.O. 302(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Lighthouse Act, 1927 (17 of 1927), and in supersession of the notifica- tion of the Government of India, in the late Ministry of Transport and Communi- cations, Department of Transport, (Transport Wing) No. S.O. 3611, dated the 26th November 1S62, the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the day following the expiration of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, light dues shall be payable at all ports in India in respect of ships described in column (1) of the Schedule hereto annexed at the rates prescribed in column (2) thereof.
