NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th July 1976
S.O. 468(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by tub-section (2) of section 12 of the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 (25 of 1976), the Central Government hereby authorises the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), New Delhi to sanction the mating of complaints in relation to offences under Section 10 of the said Act.
