G.S.R. 454(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) and sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Gov- ernment hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 91/75-Central Excises, dated the 4th April, 1975, namely:—
