New Delht , the 15th July 1976
S.O. 473 (E) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 3 ) of section 1 of the Equal Remuneration Act , 1976 ( 25 of 1976) the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of July , 1976 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force in respect of employments in the manufacture of textiles and textile products specified in the Schedule annexed hereto .

का० प्रा ० 473 ( ब) केन्द्रीय सरकार समान पारिश्रमिक अधिनियम , 1976 (1976 का 25) की धारा 1 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , जुलाई, 1976 के पन्द्रहवें दिन को उत्त तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख को उक्त अधिनियम इससे ७ पाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट वस्त्र और वस्त्र उत्पादों के विनिर्माण में नियोजनों के सम्बन्ध में प्रवृत्त होगा ।

सूती वर्षों का विनिर्माण
1. रूई से बिनोले निकलाना , सफाई और गांठें तैयार करना । सेनफोराजिंग , गतिराइजिंग
2. मिलों में रूई की कताई , बुनाई , थ्रिकिंग , और सुती वस्त्र की फिनिशिंग ।
3. सूती वस्त्र की छपाई , रंगाई और विरंजन ।
4. सूत की कताई जो मिलों में कताई से भिन्न है ( चरखा ) ।
5. खादी का उत्पादन ।
6. खादी से भिन्न थकरषों पर सूती वस्त्र की बुनाई और फिनिशिग ।
7. विद्युत् करषों पर सूती वस्त्र की बुनाई और फिनिशिग ।

28. सभी प्रकार के वस्त्र, परिधान सहित पोशाकों का विभिर्माण ।
29. बरसाती , हैट , और इस प्रकार की अन्य वस्तुओं का विनिर्माण ।

S.O. 474(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 ( 25 of 1976 ) the Central Government hereby specifies the employments in the manufacture of textiles and textile products , mentioned in the Schedule annexed hereto , for the purpose of constitution of one or more Advisory Com- mittees by the appropriate Government to advise it with regard to the extent to which women may be employed in such employments .

का ० प्रा ० 474 ( म) केन्द्रीय सरकार, समान वेतन अधिनियम, 1976 ( 1976 का 25 ) की धारा 6 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसुची में वर्णित वस्त्र और वस्त्र उत्पाधों के विनिर्माण सम्बन्धी नियोजनों को , समुचित सरकार द्वारा एक या अधिक ऐसी सलाहकार समितियां गठित किये जाने के प्रयोजन के लिए विनिर्दिष्ट करती है , जो इसे इस सम्बन्ध में सलाह देगी/ देंगी कि ऐसे नियोजनों में किस सीमा तक महिलाओं को नियोजित किया जा सकता है ।
