ORDER
New Delhi, the 19th July 1976
G.S.R. 459(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (1) and (2) of Article 371 D of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order. 1974, namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions Regu- lation of Admissions) Amendment Order, 1976.
2. In paragraph 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974, in the Explanation, after clause (iii). the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—
"(iv) the question whether any candidate for admission to any course of study has resided in any local area shall be determined with reference to the places where the candidate actually resided and not with reference to the residence of his parent or other guardian."
