S.O. 482(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of Laxmirattan and Atherton West Cotton Mills (Taking Over of Management) Ordinance, 1976 (11 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints the National Textile Corpo- ration Limited, a Government Company, as the Custodian of the undertakings of the Laxmirattan Cotton Mills Company Limited and Atherton West and Company Limited, the management of which has vested in the Central Government under the said Ordinance

1530 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II—SEC. 3(II)S.O. 483(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Laxmirattan and Atherton West Cotton Mills (Taking Over of Management) Ordinance. 1976 (11 of 1976), The Central Government hereby authorises the Custodian appointed by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 482(E), dated the 20th July, 1976 to appoint National Textile Corporation (Uttar Pradesh) Limited, Kanpur, a Government Company, as the Additional Custodian of the undertakings of the Laxmijattan Cotton Mills Company Limited and Atherton West and Company Limited, the management of which has vested in the Central Government under the Maid Ordinance.
