NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st July 1976

G.S.R. 460(E).—The following Order made by the President on 17th July, 1976 is published for general information:—

THE STATES REORGANISATION (GOVERNORS' ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) AMENDMENT ORDER, 1976

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 (37 of 1956), I, Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed, President of India, hereby make the following Order further to amend the States Reorganisation (Governors' Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1975, namely:—

1, This Order may be called the States Reorganisation (Governors' Allowances and Privileges) Amendment Order, 1976, 2. In the States Reorganisation (Governors' Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1957, in the Second Schedule, after proviso (10), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:— '(ii) Provided further that for the financial year 1974-75, this Schedule shall, in so far as it relates to the State of Maharashtra, have effect as if for the (1635) 1636 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II—SEC. 3(i)

figures, "1,15,000", "25,000", "1,50,000" and "5,00,000" occuring in columns 3, 5, 7 and 9 thereof, the figures "2,06,278", "27,590", "2,57,951" and "7,01,819" had respectively been substituted.'.
