G.S.R: 468 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfled that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby rescinds the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking ( Revenue Wing ) No. 121.Cus- toms , dated the 17th June , 1976 .

सा० फा ० ति ० 468 ( न) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोक हित में आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग ( राजस्व पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 121 -सीमा शुल्क तारीख 17 जून , 1976 को विखण्डित करती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do . hereby cxempts viscose staple fibre and poly- nosic staple fibre , when imported into India , from the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the First Schedule to the Indian Tariff Act , 1934 ( 32 of 1934 ) and the whole of the additional duty leviable thereon under section 2A of the second mentioned Act .
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st March , 1977 .

सा० का ० ति ०469 ( प्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , विस्कोसी स्टेपल फाइबर और पोलीनौसिक स्टेंपल फाइबर को, जब उसका आयात भारत में किया जाए , भारतीय टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1934 ( 1934 का 32 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची अधीन उस पर जङ्ग्रहणीय सम्पूर्ण सीमाशुल्क से तथा धारा 2क के अधीन उस पर उग्रहणीय स पूर्ण अतिरिक्त शुल्क से छूट देती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 31 मार्च, 1977 तक , जिनमें यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है , प्रवृत्त रहेगी । [सं ० 384/फा ० सं ० 355/ 105/ 76-सी ० शु ० Ⅰ]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , read with sub - section ( 4 ) of section 32 of the Finance Act , 1976 ( 66 of 1976 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public intcrest so to do , hereby exempts viscose staple fibre and polynosic staple fibre , when imported into India , from the whole of the auxiliary duty of customs leviablo thereon , under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 32 of the said Finance Act .
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st March , 1977 .

सा ० का ० नि ० 470 (प्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार, वित्त अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976का 66) की धारा 32 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पठिन, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोक हित में आवश्यक है , विस्कोसी स्टेपल फाइबर और पोलीनौसिक स्टेपल फाइबर को, जब उनका आयात भारत में किया जाए , उक्त वित्त अधिनियम की धारा 32 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन उन पर उग्रहणीय सम्पूर्ण सहायक सीमाशुल्क से छूट देती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 31 मार्च, 1977 तक, जिसमें यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है, प्रवृत्त रहेगी ।
