NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24th July 1976

G.S.R. 473(E)/Ess.Com./Sugarcane.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause

11 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby directs that

the powers conferred on it by clauses 9 and 9A of the said Order shall be exercisable

also by the Chief Director, Director (Sugar Control) and Cost Accounts Officer in the

Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati, Ministry of Agriculture & Irrigation, (Department

of Food).
